Research Progress on the Regulation of Park7 Geneon Oxidative Stress
摘要
Abstract
Under the large-scale breeding mode,the livestock inevitably faces various adverse factors in the growth process,which leads to oxidative stress in the body and seriously affects their growth and development.There are a variety of antioxidant factors in livestock and poultry to cope with oxidative stress.Among them,Parkinson's disease associated protein 7(PARK7)gene is one of the important regulators in cellular oxidative stress.PARK7 senses oxidative stress signals through the oxidation level of its own cysteine,and promotes the generation of antioxidant enzymes through Nrf2,erk1/2,and pi3k/akt pathways to improve the antioxidant capacity of cells,thereby alleviating the damage caused by oxidative stress.关键词
