Treatment of type 2 diabetes with constipation from the spleen
摘要
Abstract
Spleen deficiency is the common pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes and constipation.Spleen deficiency leads to the disorder of spleen transportation and transformation,the disorder of body fluid distribution,body fluid difficulty in presenting to the lung below the bladder,and disorder of the large intestine in body fluid moistening.Spleen deficiency has no right to transport and transform,the stomach loses its ability to absorb food,and the stomach decays and reduces water and grains.Therefore,the typical symptom of type 2 diabetes,"three more and one less",is to drink more,eat more,urinate more,and weight loss.The spleen is the foundation of postnatal development and the source of qi and blood production and transformation.Spleen deficiency leads to a lack of qi and blood production and transformation,a deficiency of blood leads to a deficiency of the body,and a deficiency of the body leads to the inability of the large intestine to transport and transform,leading to constipation.According to modern clinical medicine,diabetic constipation is caused by the fact that the body has been in a state of high blood sugar for a long time,which has damaged the intestinal mucosal epithelial cells,reduced the sensitivity of the large intestine,and induced gastrointestinal dysfunction.Spleen deficiency is a common cause of both,so in treatment,the primary focus is on strengthening the spleen.关键词
