摘要

Abstract

To study the optimum reflux extraction process and antifungal activity of total lignans from Cinnamomum camphora leaves,the leaves of C.camphora were as material,and the contents of sesamin and 9-hydroxysesamin in C.camphora leaves were determined.The reflux extraction process of total lignans from C.camphora was optimized by single factor combined with Box-Behnken response surface method,and the antifungal activity of total lignans was evaluated by toxic plate method.The results showed that the optimum conditions of reflux extraction were as follows:extraction temperature 86℃,ratio of solid to liquid 1∶8.39(g·mL-1),extraction time 43 min and anhydrous ethanol as extraction solvent.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of lignans was 0.380 4%.The influence of factors on the extraction rate was extraction temperature>extraction time>solid-liquid ratio.The antifungal activity test showed that the antifungal effects of lignans on Gliocladium catenulatum,Valsa mali Miyabe et Yamada,Fusarium oxysporumf and Pythium aphanidermatum were the best with 2 mg·mL-1,and the antifungal rates were more than 50%.The EC50 values were 1.238,1.280,1.486 and 0.419 mg·mL-1,respectively.Above results provided theoretical references for the subsequent development and utilization of C.camphora leaves and the research and development of plant-derived pesticides.
