Effect of Shexiang Tongxin Diwan Combined with Rosuvastatin in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Hypercholesterolemia and Its Influence on Liver Function

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of Shexiang Tongxin Diwan combined with Rosuvastatin on coronary heart disease(CHD)complicated with hypercholesterolemia and its influence on liver function.Method:Sixty patients with CHD complicated with hypercholesterolemia who were hospitalized in Shanghai Jiading District Central Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The single group was treated with Rosuvastatin,and the combined group was treated with Shexiang Tongxin Diwan on the basis of the single group.The clinical efficacy,blood lipid level,endothelial function and liver function were compared between the two groups.Result:After 6 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the single group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)of the combined group were lower than those of the single group,while high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was higher than that of the single group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the nitric oxide(NO)in combination group was higher than that in single group,and endothelin-1(ET-1)was lower than that in single group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)were increased in both groups,but the combined group were lower than those of the single group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shexiang Tongxin Diwan combined with Rosuvastatin has a good effect in the treatment of CHD complicated with hypercholesterolemia,which can effectively reduce blood lipid level and improve endothelial function,and has little effect on liver function.关键词
