摘要
Abstract
The thiol group has good coordination ability with antimony,so researchers grafted the thiol group onto the designed molecular framework to synthesize a new heavy metal scavenger(HMC-1).The experiment uses HMC-1 to treat Sb(Ⅴ)in printing and dyeing wastewater, and studies the effects of different HMC-1 dosages,pH,and coexisting ions on the removal efficiency of Sb(Ⅴ).The experimental results show that under optimal conditions, the dosage of HMC-1 is 100 mg/L,pH is 4.0±0.2,and the concentration of coexisting anions is 0 mg/L,and the removal rate of Sb(Ⅴ)can reach 92.33%,and the concentration of Sb(Ⅴ)can be reduced from 3.00 mg/L to 0.23 mg/L.After the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater, the effluent meets the requirements of the"Industrial Pollutant Discharge Standards for Tin,Antimony, and Mercury"(GB 30770-2014).Compared with other treatment methods, this heavy metal capture agent has better removal efficiency for Sb(Ⅴ)in wastewater, fast treatment speed, small dosage, and low cost, which has good market application prospects.关键词
