基于数据挖掘探讨火针治疗面瘫选穴规律
Discussion on the Acupoint Selection Rules of Fire Acupuncture for the Treatment of Facial Paralysis Based on Data Mining

Abstract
Objective To explore the law of clinical acupoint selection of fire acupuncture for the treatment of facial paralysis using data minging methods.Methods Literature about randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of fire acupuncture for facial paralysis was retrieved from CBM,Wanfang Data,CNKI,VIP,and PubMed from the establishment of the databases to September 30,2022.A prescription database was established.Clustering and association analysis were performed using SPSS 24.0 and SPSS Modeler 12.0 software,respectively.Results A total of 49 articles and 77 prescriptions were included,involving 49 acupoints with a total frequency of 822 times.The high-frequency acupoints were Dicang,Jiache,Yangbai,Hegu,Sibai,and Xiaguan etc.;the selected acupoints were mainly located in the face,lower limbs,and the head;the meridian with the highest frequency was stomach meridian;and the specific acupoints were mainly the rendezvous acupoints and the original acupoints.The included high-frequency acupoints clustered into five categories,Quanliao,Taichong-Zusanli,Sanyinjiao-Waiguan-Fengchi-Yifeng-Qianzheng-Chengjiang-Yuyao,Cuanzhu-Taiyang-Yingxiang-Xiaguan,Sibai-Hegu-Dicang-Jiache-Yangbai.The core prescription analyzed by association rules was Yangbai-Sibai-Dicang-Jiache-Xiaoguan.Conclusion Fire acupuncture treatment for facial paralysis emphasizes the identification of meridian acupoints and positional acupoints,and the selection of acupoints is based on the meridian acupoints of the yang meridian of the hand and foot,often taking the rendezvous acupoints or localized acupoints,and the selection of acupoints focuses on the face,lower limbs and head,with nerves accompanying under the acupoints.关键词
