食用菌渣堆肥还田对苜蓿产量和品质的影响研究
Study on the Effect of Returning Edible Mushroom Residue Compost to Field on Alfalfa Yield and Quality

Abstract
Edible mushroom residue is an organic waste and a high-quality agricultural resource that can be recycled and reused,and the efficient resource utilization of edible mushroom residue is of great significance for the development of sustainable agriculture.This study uses alfalfa as the experimental material and designs different composting application schemes(3 000 kg/hm2,4 500 kg/hm2,and 6 000 kg/hm2),supplemented by two supplementary irrigation amounts,to observe the effect of returning edible mushroom residue compost to the field on alfalfa yield and quality.The results show that the combination of 4 500 kg/hm2 mushroom residue fertilizer and 240 mm supplementary irrigation is beneficial for increasing yield and improving quality of alfalfa,under this combination,the entropy weight coefficient evaluation value reaches 0.81,which can be used as an efficient utilization plan for edible mushroom residue resources.关键词
