职业噪声作业人员与高血压的相关性研究
A study on the correlation between occupational noise workers and hypertension
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the impact of occupational noise exposure on the incidence of hypertension and provide reference for protecting the health of noise workers.Methods Using data from the Chongqing Occupational Disease Detection Program,a sample of adult male and female occupational populations in Chongqing was selected.The study subjects followed up from January 2017 to December 2022 were selected for stratified testing,and the correlation between noise and hypertension was analyzed using multi-time point Cox analysis.Results During follow-up,it was found that with the increase of noise exposure time,systolic and diastolic blood pressure increased,but the increase in systolic blood pressure was not related to noise exposure.When the binaural high-frequency average hearing threshold of the study subjects was between 25-50 dB,there was statistically significant difference in the impact of noise exposure on hypertension(HR=0.122,95%CI=0.080,0.161).Conclusion Noise is an independent risk factor for hypertension,and protection for workers exposed to noise should be strengthened.关键词
