中医药领域艾滋病免疫功能重建研究文献可视化分析
Visualization Analysis on Research Literature about AIDS Immune Function Reconstruction in the Field of TCM
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the research status and hotspots of AIDS immune function reconstruction in the field of TCM;To provide reference for further research in this field.Methods The research literature about AIDS immune function reconstruction in the field of TCM was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Web of Science,Embase from the establishment of the databases to 19th,Sep.2022.Excel 2019,VOSviewer 1.6.18 and CiteSpace 6.1.R6 were used for visualization analysis on the number of papers,published journals,authors,research institutions,and keywords.Results A total of 1 367 articles were included,including 1 220 Chinese articles and 147 English articles.The annual number of articles presented a fluctuation upward trend.Yunnan Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Materia Medica and Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine were the journals that published the most Chinese and English articles respectively.Xu Liran and Wang Jian were the authors who published the most Chinese and English articles respectively.Henan University of Chinese Medicine and China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences were the research institutions that published the most Chinese articles respectively.The high-frequency keywords in Chinese articles included"acquired immunodeficiency syndrome","human immunodeficiency virus","highly active antiretroviral therapy","TCM","CD4+T lymphocytes",etc.The high-frequency keywords in English articles included"acquired immunodeficiency syndrome","HIV","traditional Chinese medicine","Chinese herbal medicine","anti-HIV",etc.Keyword cluster analysis generated 10 cluster labels in Chinese and English articles.Keyword emergence analysis yielded 25 burst words in Chinese and English articles.Conclusion The research in this field has been popular and long-lasting in the aspects of TCM pharmacological effects,mechanism,efficacy evaluation of clinical research,and related diseases,while intestinal flora and apoptosis are emerging research hotspots.关键词
