基于CiteSpace国内疾病谱研究的可视化分析
Visual analysis of domestic disease spectrum research based on CiteSpace
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the literature on disease spectrum research in China using bibliometric and visualization software,and explore the current research status,cutting-edge hotspots,and research trends,so as to provide a reference for future in-depth research on disease spectrum.Methods This study applied CiteSpace to analyze the authors,institutions,and keywords of 2211 articles related to disease spectrum research retrieved and screened on CNKI.A visualization map of authors,institutions,and keywords was drawn,and clustering,co-occurrence,and time superposition analysis were performed on the keywords.Results Disease spectrum research in China began in 1983 and has shown a steady development trend overall.The core research institutions in this field included Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the General Hospital of the Air Force PLA,and representative scholars in this field included Xu Xianrong,Zhang Buzhen,and Xiong Jun.Keyword clustering and induction analysis found that research hotspots included statistical research on the characteristics and changing trends of various diseases based on disease spectrum data,monitoring and exploring the causes and prevention measures of susceptible diseases for special populations,improving medical service quality and medical model transformation through disease spectrum analysis data,and enhancing hospital functions around disease spectrum analysis.Conclusion The research prospects of the disease spectrum are broad,mainly focusing on four research fields.Research analysis has found that conducting cross-regional research exchanges,expanding the research population,disease types,and geographical scope,and exploring the application value of various auxiliary diagnostic technologies are issues that need to be addressed in this field in the future.关键词
