中医外治法治疗单纯性肥胖文献可视化分析
Visualization Analysis on Literature about TCM External Treatment for Simple Obesity
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the current situation and future development trend of TCM external treatment method to prevent and treat simple obesity(SO)based on CiteSpace.Methods Using the literature about TCM external treatment for SO in CNKI,VIP and Wanfang Data from the establishment of the databases to November 30,2022 as the research object,CiteSpace 6.1.R4 was applied to the bibliometric analysis of the included Chinese literature.The visual presentation and analysis were performed from the publication volume,authors,institutions,keyword emergence,co-occurrence and clustering.Results A total of 966 articles were included.The annual publication volume has grown rapidly in the 21st century,and since 2012,the overall publication volume has remained stable,with an overall fluctuating trend;the representative author was Zhicheng Liu;a total of 16 core research institutions were represented by Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine;the top 10 keywords were derived after keyword co-occurrence;keyword clustering yielded a total of 13 clustering tags,showing that acupuncture and moxibustion and auricular acupoints were the main means of TCM external treatment of SO at present,and the main syndrome type is spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction.Conclusion This research field needs further development and breakthroughs;there are problems such as insufficient cooperation between authors and institutions,low quality of literature,and limited basic experiments(mechanism research).Data-based mining of core acupoints,selection rules,core prescriptions for SO treatment and research on TCM external treatments for obesity complication may become hotspots for future research.关键词
