中医药治疗围绝经期综合征文献可视化分析
Visualization Analysis of Literature on TCM in Treating Menopausal Syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the literature related to the treatment of menopausal syndrome(MPS)with TCM based on bibliometric methods;To explore the research hotspots and development trend of TCM in treating MPS.Methods Literature related to TCM in treating MPS was retrieved from CNKI from 2000 to 2020.CiteSpace 6.1.R3 software was used to draw and analyze relevant knowledge graphs based on publication volume,author,institution,keywords,etc.Results A total of 1 623 aricles were included.There were 618 authors,represented by Li Ying,Fu Ping and Lu Su.There were 550 research institutions,represented by Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,Shandong University of Chinese Medicine.There were 429 keywords,and the most frequently used were TCM therapy,Erxian Decoction and syndrome differentiation and treatment.Clustering graphs showed that the research mainly included study on TCM treatment and clinical efficacy of MPS with TCM.The analysis of conspicuous words revealed the research centers on clinical efficacy and research progress.Conclusion TCM treatment is developing and improving in the field of MPS.The research hotspots include insomnia,depression and sex hormone.Syndrome differentiation and treatment and acupuncture and moxibustion are its research trends.In addition,it is also necessary to strengthen the cooperation between authors and teams to form a wide contact cooperation network.关键词
