养老领域中医药适宜技术研究文献可视化分析
Visualization Analysis on Knowledge Map of TCM Suitable Techniques in the Field of Elderly Care
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the research status and future development trend of TCM suitable techniques in the field of elderly care based on CiteSpace.Methods Literature related to the application of TCM suitable techniques in the field of elderly care was retrieved from CNKI and Web of Science core database from the establishment of the databases to December 31,2022.CiteSpace 6.1.R2 software was used to perform bibliometric analysis and visual display from the aspects of publication year,journal publication quantity,author,institution,keywords and prominent words.Results A total of 746 articles were included in this study,including 539 Chinese articles and 207 English articles,and the number of published articles was on the rise.The journals with the largest number of publications at home and abroad were Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine Management and Evid-Based Compl Alt.The authors with the most publications were Chen Yan and Chen Y respectively;Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and China Med Univ had the largest number of publications.The common high-frequency keywords in Chinese and English were"old people","TCM therapy","pension status","TCM techniques","chronic disease"and"health management",etc.Around 2020,the key words of"combination of medical and health care","elderly care service"and"knee osteoarthriti"popped up.Conclusion The research hotspots mainly focuses on pension status,health management,and the clinical effect of TCM suitable techniques in chronic diseases of the elderly.It may be an inevitable trend to promote the integration of appropriate technology and pension service through community-based medical-care integration model in the future.关键词
