《病机汇论》考略及学术思想探析
A Brief Review of Bing Ji Hui Lun and Analysis on Its Academic Thoughts

Abstract
Bing Ji Hui Lun is the only surviving work of Shen Yong,a famous TCM scholar in the late Ming Dynasty,and is a comprehensive medical book of internal medicine.Through the examination of the connotation of the title and the characteristics of the content of the whole book,Shen Yong's academic thoughts were summarized.The whole book took the disease evidence as the outline and the disease mechanism elements as the purpose,starting from the four aspects of pulse,cause,syndrome and treatment.There were nineteen articles in this book,emphasizing that the disease had deficiency and excess,syndrome differentiation and treatment,the flexible use of ancient formulas,and the flexible medication.The content of the book is based on practice,attaches importance to curative effects,highlights practicality,and emphasizes the importance of pathogenesis,which can be regarded as an active exploration of the improvement of the syndrome differentiation and treatment system of pathogenesis in TCM internal medicine,and there is no lack of academic highlights.关键词
