摘要
Abstract
Paroxymorial nocturnal hemoglobinuria(PNH)is a disease with acquired hematopoietic stem cell gene mutation resulting in the defect of red cell membrane.Clinical manifestations include intravascular hemolysis attack,hemoglobinuria,and pancytopenia.Professor Li Hongliang believes that this disease is based on positive deficiency(deficiency of spleen and kidney),with dampness,toxin and stasis as the symptoms.Strengthening the spleen and kidney,dispelling pathogenic factors should be the general treatment principle for PNH.Tonifying spleen and kidney,strengthening the healthy qi should be the root,supplemented by clearing heat and detoxifying,dispelling dampness,removing blood stasis and unblocking collaterals.During clinical practice,emphasis should be placed on the stage of the disease.Treating PNH from the perspective of spleen and kidney has achieved good efficacy.关键词
