Abstract
Objective To analyze the impact of cardiac rehabilitation therapy on patients after coronary artery stenting.Methods A total of 70 patients undergoing coronary artery stenting at the Department of Cardiology of Zaozhuang Central Hospital of Shandong Guoxin Nursing Group from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research object.They were divided into a control group(n=35)and an observation group(n=35)using a random number table method.The control group received routine therapy,while the observation group received cardiac rehabilitation therapy based on routine therapy.The intervention effects and differences were analyzed.Results Before treatment,the cardiopulmonary function indicators were compared between the two groups,without statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the cardiopulmonary function indicators(left ventricular ejection fraction,stroke volume,and forced vital capacity)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Before treatment,the quality of life indicators were compared between the two groups,without statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the quality-of-life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,the Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores were compared between the two groups,without statistically significant differences(P>0.05).After treatment,the HAMA and HAMD scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Cardiac rehabilitation therapy can improve the exercise cardiopulmonary function of patients after coronary artery stenting,improve their quality of life,reduce adverse reactions,and alleviate patients'negative emotions.Therefore,It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
