东垣以风药升阳的理论及应用探析

摘要
Abstract
Based on the holistic view,Li Dongyuan emphasizes the importance of qi rising and falling on the vital activities of the human body,particular in the rising of yang.The application of wind-medicine is one of the main features of Dongyuan's yang-raising therapy.Wind medicine,with its clear qi,thin taste,and light and dispersing property,elevates the spleen yang to promote spring vitality.The treatment should be flexible.According to the different pathogenesis and additional symptoms,other methods should be added on the basis of the yang-raising therapy,such as raising yang to benefit qi,raising yang to removing dampness,raising yang to dispersing fire,etc.This article focused on the theory and application of the wind-medicine raising yang,in order to provide ideas for the application of this therapy in clinic.关键词
