Abstract
Objective:To explore the intervention effect of staged emotional guidance combined with rehabilitation training on patients with postpartum hemorrhage.Method:Ninety-one patients with postpartum hemorrhage admitted to the Gynecology Department of Renhuai City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into observation group(n=48)and control group(n=43)by coin toss method.The control group was only given routine postpartum care,and the observation group was given staged emotional guidance combined with rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.Psychological state score,hemostatic time,hospital stay,hemoglobin,red blood cell count,quality of life score and total satisfaction rate of nursing were compared between the two groups.Result:The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after intervention(P<0.05).The time of hemostasis and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The hemoglobin and red blood cell counts in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of physical function,pain,total health,vitality and emotional restriction in observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of staged emotional guidance combined with rehabilitation training in the nursing of postpartum hemorrhage patients failed to shorten the rehabilitation process and improve their psychological state and quality of life.关键词
