不同占空比的脉冲光源对工业大麻生长和生理生化的影响
Effects of Different Pulsed Duty Cycle on the Growth,Physiological and Biochemistry of Industrial Hemp

Abstract
To explore the effects on the growth,physiology and biochemistry and main cannabinoid content of industrial hemp,different pulse duty cycle light was used to filled light for industrial hemp un-der outdoor cultivation conditions.The results showed that the light source with duty cycle ratio of 100%(LED1)and 70%(LED2)promoted the increase of plant height,stem diameter,SPAD value and dry and fresh weight of flowers and leaves for industrial hemp;there was no significant difference between LED2 and no filling light(CK);the light source with duty cycle ratio of 50%(LED3)significantly re-duced plant height,stem diameter,SPAD value and dry and fresh weight of flowers and leaves of indus-trial hemp.LED1,LED2 and LED3 promoted the contents of soluble sugar,soluble starch and free ami-no acids on industrial hemp leaves,and there was significant difference between LED1 and CK,but no significant difference between LED2 and LED3 and CK.LED1 and LED2 significantly reduced the activi-ties of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD)and catalase(CTA),while LED3 significantly promoted the activities of antioxidant enzymes(SOD,POD and CTA).LED1 significantly reduced tetra-hydrocannabinol(THC)and cannabidiol(CBD)levels,while LED1,LED2 and LED3 significantly promoted cannabinol(CBG)levels.Both LED1 and LED2 light sources could promote the growth and development of industrial hemp,increase the content of soluble osmoregulatory substances,reduce the antioxidant activity,and increase the content of CBG.The result of this study is a theoretical reference for improving the quality and yield of industrial hemp by using pulse light sources in the future.关键词
