Research Progress in the Treatment of Osteoporosis with Spleen-kidney Deficiency Type by Regulating Intestinal Flora with TCM Compounds
摘要
Abstract
Osteoporosis belongs to the category of"bone impotence"and"bone withering"in TCM.Spleen-kidney deficiency can lead to the occurrence of osteoporosis,and osteoporosis with spleen-kidney deficiency type is mostly seen in clinical practice.The relationship between intestinal flora and osteoporosis is close.This article reviewed the understanding of osteoporosis in TCM,the relationship between osteoporosis and intestinal flora,the relationship between spleen-kidney deficiency and intestinal flora,as well as the Chinese herbal compound to regulate intestinal flora for the treatment of spleen-kidney deficiency osteoporosis,to rationalize the regulating effect of TCM prescriptions on the intestinal flora and the anti-osteoporosis effect based on the flora,and provide a basis for the study of the mechanism of TCM in the treatment of osteoporosis from the perspective of microorganism,and provide research ideas for the clinical treatment of osteoporosis.关键词
