Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Gegen Erchen Decoction combined with acupuncture on patients with schizophrenia with syndrome of stagnation and blockade of phlegm-damp.Method:A total of 82 patients with schizophrenia treated in the Eighth Hospital of Fuqing City from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=41)and combination group(n=41)according to random number table method.Both groups were given Olanzapine oral treatment,the control group was also given acupuncture treatment,and the combination group was given Gegen Erchen Decoction oral treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,psychiatric symptoms,TCM symptoms integrations,cognitive function and adverse reactions in the two groups were observed.Result:After treatment,each scores of positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS)in combination group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of combination group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of main symptoms and secondary symptoms in combination group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the responses correct(RC),categories completed(CC)and responses correct percentage(RCP)in the Wisconsin card sorting test(WCST)in the combination group were higher than those in the control group,and the no responses perseverative errors(NRPE),responses perseverative errors(RPE)and the responses perseverative errors percentage(RPEP)were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of Gegen Erchen Decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of schizophrenia with syndrome of stagnation and blockade of phlegm-damp can improve the psychiatric symptoms of patients,improve the cognitive function,the curative effect is accurate,and the safety is high.关键词
