Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Wuzhi Capsules combined with Ursodeoxycholic Acid Capsules on elderly patients with chronic hepatitis B and its influence on immune inflammatory reaction.Method:The study subjects were 136 elderly patients with chronic hepatitis B who were treated in Changzhou Third People's Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022,and they were randomly divided into two groups,68 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ursodeoxycholic Acid Capsules,and the observation group was treated with Wuzhi Capsules on the basis of the control group.Patients in both groups were treated for 3 months and followed up.The clinical efficacy and the safety of the treatment plan were compared between the two groups.Serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),γ-glutamyltransferase(GGT),choline esterase(ChE),prealbumin(PAB),C reactive protein(CRP)and immunoglobulin G(IgG)levels were detected and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:Compared with the control group(88.24%),the total effective rate(97.06%)of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum ALT,AST,GGT,CRP and IgG in the two groups were all decreased,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of ChE and PAB in the two groups were all increased,those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combined application of Wuzhi Capsules and Ursodeoxycholic Acid Capsules has a significant effect in elderly patients with chronic hepatitis B,which can promote the recovery of liver function and significantly reduce the immune inflammatory reaction,and the treatment safety is high.关键词
