摘要
Abstract
In recent years,with the improvement of economic level and the change of lifestyle,the incidence of cardiovascular disease(CVD)is increasing year by year.CVD is associated with many risk factors,such as hypertension,diabetes mellitus,etc.Homocysteine(Hcy)level is also closely related to the occurrence and development of CVD.Nowadays,hyperhomocysteinemia(HHcy)has become a new independent risk factor of CVD,and relevant pathogenic mechanism is complex and diverse.In this paper,the related knowledge points,pathogenic mechanism of Hcy,and its research progress with CVD are systematically reviewed.关键词
