坦索罗辛联合复方黄柏制剂坐浴治疗ⅢB型前列腺炎(湿热蕴结夹瘀证)的临床研究
Clinical Study on Tamsulosin Combined with Sitz Bath with Compound Huangbai Preparation in the Treatment of Type ⅢB Prostatitis(Syndrome of Dampness-heat Amassment Pattern Complicated Stasis)

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of Tamsulosin combined with sitz bath with Compound Huangbai Preparation in the treatment of type ⅢB prostatitis(syndrome of dampness-heat amassment pattern complicated stasis).Method:A total of 80 patients with type ⅢB prostatitis(syndrome of dampness-heat amassment pattern complicated stasis)admitted to the Third People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2022 to May 2023 were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with Tamsulosin combined with warm water sitz bath and the observation group was treated with Tamsulosin combined with sitz bath with Compound Huangbai Preparation.The total effective rate,incidence of adverse reactions,recurrence rate within 3 months,national institutes of health chronic prostatitis syndrome index(NIH-CPSI)before and after treatment,TCM symptom integrations and the count of lecithin corpuscle in expressed prostatic secretion were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the recurrence rate within 3 months was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidences of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 and 2 courses of treatment,NIH-CPSI scores and TCM syndrome integrations in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,and the count of lecithin corpuscle in expressed prostatic secretion was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tamsulosin combined with sitz bath with Compound Huangbai Preparation in patients with type ⅢB prostatitis(syndrome of dampness-heat amassment pattern complicated stasis)has a good therapeutic effect,which can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of patients and control the recurrence rate.关键词
