Study on the Expression Change and Its Clinical Significance of lncRNA-MEG3 of Patients with Nasopharyngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Abstract
Objective:To investigate and analyze the expression change situation of lncRNA-MEG3 in patients with nasopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma.Method:A total of 96 patients with nasopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma in the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from June 2022 to June 2023 were chosen as the research objects,and the nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue of patients were as the observation group,the paracancerous tissue of patients were as the control group.Then the tissue lncRNA-MEG3 expression of two groups were detected and compared,and the tissue lncRNA-MEG3 expression of observation group with different ages,gender,smoking history and clinical pathological parameters(differentiation types,TNM stages and lymph node metastasis)were compared.Result:The relative expression level and high expression rate of tissue lncRNA-MEG3 of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the relative expression levels and high expression rates of tissue lncRNA-MEG3 of observation group with different ages,gender and smoking history were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).In the observation group,the relative expression levels and high expression rates of lncRNA-MEG3 in tissues with low differentiation type,Ⅲ+Ⅳ TNM stage and lymph node metastasis were significantly lower than those with high differentiation type,Ⅰ+Ⅱ TNM stage and no lymph node metastasis,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of lncRNA-MEG3 in patients with nasopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma is lower,and the differences of patients with different differentiation types,TNM stages and lymph node metastasis are significant,so its detection value in patients with nasopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma is higher.关键词
