Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of subepithelial connective tissue flap grafting on the adhesive gingival width and periodontal indexes in periodontitis with adhesive gingival hypernarrow patients.Method:A total of 101 patients with periodontitis with adhesive gingival hypernarrow admitted to the Stomatology Department of Ruijin People's Hospital from June 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into observation group(51 cases)and control group(50 cases)by random number table method.The control group underwent root-oriented reduction flap,and the observation group underwent subepithelial connective tissue flap grafting.The efficacy,adhesive gingival width,periodontal indexes and complications of the two groups were observed.Result:The total effective rate of observation group(96.08%)was higher than that of control group(82.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adhesive gingival width in the observation group was greater than that in the control group at 3 months after operation(P<0.05).Compared with preoperation,bleeding index(BI),plaque index(PI)and probing depth(PD)of the two groups were decreased 3 months after operation,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 1.96%in the observation group and 6.00%in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Subepithelial connective tissue flap grafting has a good effect on periodontitis patients with adhesive gingival hypernarrowness,which can effectively increase the adhesive gingival width and improve periodontal indexes.关键词
