Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effects of uniportal video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery(UVTAS)lobectomy on immune cell levels,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and complications in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Method:A total of 100 pulmonary tuberculosis patients receiving UVTAS lobectomy in Inner Mongolia Fourth Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=50)and study group(n=50).The control group received thoracoscopic lobectomy with double operating holes,and the study group received UVTAS lobectomy.The immune cell levels,VAS scores and complications between the two groups were compared.Result:There were significant differences in immune cell level time,intergroup and interaction effect between the two groups(P<0.05).1 week after surgery,CD3+ T lymphocytes and CD4+ T lymphocytes in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and CD8+T lymphocytes was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);1 month after surgery,there were no significant differences in immune cell levels between the two groups(P>0.05).1 week after surgery,VAS scores in both groups were lower than those 1 day after surgery(P<0.05),and those in the study group were lower(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:UVTAS lobectomy can improve the immune function of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and reduce postoperative pain and complications.关键词
