Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical effects of thoracoscopic lung segmental resection and lung wedge resection in the treatment of early lung cancer.Method:A total of 60 patients with early lung cancer treated in Jiujiang NO.1 People's Hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The study group underwent thoracoscopic lung segmental resection and the control group underwent thoracoscopic lung wedge resection.Perioperative related indexes,pulmonary function indexes,recurrence and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The operation time of the study group was longer than that of the control group,the hospitalization time and chest tube drainage time were shorter than those of the control group,the thoracic drainage volume and intraoperative blood loss were less than that of the control group,the number of lymph node dissection was more than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Six months after operation,the levels of forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1)and maximal voluntary ventilation(MVV)in the study group were greater than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in recurrence rate and complication rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In patients with early lung cancer,thoracoscopic lung segmental resection can improve perioperative relevant indexes and pulmonary function indexes,and it is safe.关键词
