Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of self-designed Yangxue Chushi Decoction in the treatment of dampness-heat accumulation syndrome atopic dermatitis.Method:A total of 100 patients with damp-heat syndrome atopic dermatitis treated in Beijing Jingcheng Skin Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received Loratadine Tablets orally and Hydrocortisone Butyrate Cream externally,the observation group was treated with self-designed Yangxue Chushi Decoction on the basis of control group.The efficacy,severity of disease,inflammation indicators,quality of life and adverse reaction occurrence of the two groups were observed.Result:The curative effect of observation group was better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,scoring of atopic dermatitis(SCORAD)of observation group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with those before treatment,the levels of eosinophils(EOS),serum total immunoglobulin E(IgE)and interleukin-2(IL-2)in two groups were decreased,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of interleukin-4(IL-4)were increased,and that in the observation group was higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life in the observation group was less impaired than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of atopic dermatitis with dampness-heat accumulation syndrome can reduce the symptoms of patients,improve inflammatory indicators and quality of life,and the effect is remarkable,safe and reliable.关键词
