摘要

Abstract

Objective To determine the content of quercetin and isorhamnetin in the stems,leaves,and flowers of Mongolian medicine Agriophyllum squarrosum,and analyze the distribution of quercetin and isorhamnetin in different parts of Agriophyllum squarrosum.Methods High-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to determine the content of quercetin and isorhamnetin.Results Quercetin and isorhamnetin had a good linear relationship with the peak area within the range from 0.0107 to 0.5336 μg,0.0421 to 2.1038 μg,respectively,with recovery rates of 100.06%and 102.59%,and relative standard deviation(RSD)of 1.52%and 1.67%,respectively(n=6).The total content of quercetin and isorhamnetin in the stems,leaves,and flowers of Agriophyllum squarrosum is in the order of leaves>flowers>stems.Conclusion This method has high precision and good separation,and can be used for content determination of quercetin and isorhamnetin in the stems,leaves,and flowers of Mongolian medicine Agriophyllum squarrosum.
