摘要
Abstract
The rural collective economy originated in the period of socialist transformation.On the basis of the household contract responsibility system of integration and division,the new rural collective economy has been continuously developed and perfected through a new round of reform of the property right system of rural collective economy.The new rural collective economy can make use of scale effect to improve farmers'income and income stability,expand farmers'property income,improve the level of rural public services,and promote farmers'common prosperity in rural areas.At present,the new rural collective economy is faced with some problems,such as the leadership of grass-roots party organizations needs to be strengthened,the industrial model of collective economy is large but not strong,the distribution of collective economic income is not balanced,and the talent power of rural common prosperity is insufficient.In order to solve the current problems,all regions should strengthen the leadership of party building of village party organizations,optimize the development of collective economic industry,improve the distribution of collective economic income,and strengthen the construction of rural talents,so as to provide a driving force for promoting the common prosperity of farmers in rural areas.关键词
