柚皮素的药理学特性及在呼吸系统疾病中的研究进展
Pharmacological properties of naringin and research progress of its therapeutic efficacies in respiratory diseases
摘要
Abstract
Naringin is a natural polyphenol phytochemical substance,belonging to a subclass of flavonoids.It has been proved to allow for an extensive variety of biological and pharmacological actions,including therapeutic effect on inflammation,oxidative stress,allergic symptoms,viral infections,cancers,immunological diseases,diabetes,atherosclerosis,and nerve diseases,thus has important medicinal value and has become a promising drug for treating many diseases.In recent years,more and more studies have found that naringin has therapeutic effects on such respiratory diseases as asthma,pneumonia,pulmonary fibrosis,lung injury,and lung cancer.Therefore,literature review on the latest research progress on the pharmacological properties of naringin and its mechanisms of action in treating respiratory diseases was presented in this paper,hoping to provide a theoretical basis for its clinical application.关键词
