Exploration on the Role of Macrophage Exosomes in the Development of Chronic Heart Failure Based on the Theory of"Harmful Hyperactivity and Responding Inhibition"
摘要
Abstract
Macrophage exosomes influence the cardiac inflammatory microenvironment and play a key role in the course of chronic heart failure.The theory of"harmful hyperactivity and responding inhibition"is an important rule for TCM to understand the body's physiological restraint and pathological imbalance and to guide the syndrome differentiation and treatment.Based on the theory of"harmful hyperactivity and responding inhibition",this article discussed the role of macrophage exosomes in the development of chronic heart failure from the aspects of theoretical basis,pathogenesis,pathophysiology and modern research.It was proposed to use the method of"supporting healthy qi to restore balance,dispelling pathogenic factors to remove hyperactivity"to treat chronic heart failure,and reduce cardiac inflammation by regulating macrophage exosomes,in order to provide a new reference for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic heart failure.关键词
