基于数据挖掘的中医治疗前列腺癌用药特点研究
Study on Medication Characteristics in TCM Treatment of Prostate Cancer Based on Data Mining

Abstract
Objective To explore the medication law of TCM treatment of prostate cancer(PCa);To provide reference for the clinical medication of PCa.Methods Literature about TCM treatment for PCa was retrieved and screened from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,SinoMed,PubMed and Cochrane Library from the establishment of the databases to 30th,May 2023.TCM prescriptions for treating PCa were extracted and entered Excel 2020 to establish a database.SPSS Modeler 18.0,SPSS Statistics 23.0 and Cytoscape 3.9.0 softwares were used to conduct frequency statistics,association rule analysis,complex network analysis,clustering analysis and factor analysis.Results A total of 97 articles meeting the criteria were selected,including 97 effective prescriptions and 148 kinds of Chinese materia medica.Among them,Astragali Radix,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Hedyotis Diffusa,Poria,and Rehmannize Radix et Praeparata were used more frequently.The drug properties were mainly warm and cold,the taste was mainly sweet,and was supplemented by bitter and pungent.The meridians were mainly spleen,lung,liver,and kidney meridians.In terms of efficacy classification,the total frequency of use of tonifying deficiency medicine,clearing heat medicine,remitting water and dampness medicine,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis medicine was the most.Through the analysis of association rules,a total of 33 association rule data were obtained.There were a total of 24 binary association rules,and the drug combination with the highest support was Astragali Radix-Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma.There were a total of 9 triple association rules,and the drug combination with the highest support was Astragali Radix-Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma + Poria.A complex network analysis was conducted on 46 high-frequency TCM,and 14 kinds of core Chinese materia medica were obtained.Among them,Astragali Radix had the highest node degree value,betweeness centrality,and closeness centrality,which was located at the core position of drug compatibility.Four clusters and five common factors were obtained through analysis on core medicine.Conclusion TCM for the treatment of PCa mainly focuses on tonifying deficiency,using a combination of cold and warm property,supporting the healthy qi and dispelling the pathogens,with a focus on strengthening the spleen and tonifying the kidney,supplemented by removing blood stasis,clearing dampness and heat,detoxifying and inhibiting tumors.关键词
