Abstract
Bone tissue engineering is a promising method for repairing large-scale bone defects.Bone is a dynamic and highly vascularized tissue,and the formation of vascular tissue in an appropriate time is the key to ensure the survival,repair and remodeling of bone graft,as well as one of the main challenges of bone tissue engineering.In this paper,the research progress of vascularization of bone tissue engineering grafts from the perspective of the significance of vascularization and strategies based on seed cells,angiogenic factors,scaffold structure,immune regulation,and prevascularization was reviewed.关键词
