Abstract
In recent years,Jinshan district,Shanghai city has always regarded water resource carrying capacity as a rigid constraint,implemented the strictest water resource management system,prioritized water conservation,focused on agricultural water conservation,industrial water conservation,domestic water conservation,and unconventional water source utilization,and deeply promoted the construction of a water-saving society.Taking Jinshan district,Shanghai city as the research area,this paper analyzes the main practices of building a water-saving society,points out the existing problems,and then puts forward improvement suggestions.Overall,it is necessary to strengthen unconventional water utilization,improve water-saving incentive mechanisms,raise public awareness of water-saving,and support the sustainable development of the economy and society in Jinshan district,Shanghai city through the sustainable utilization of water resources.关键词
