Advances in molecular mechanisms of pathological scar formation
摘要
Abstract
Fibrotic tissue called scar forms after the skin wound heals.Among them,pathological scars seriously affect the quality of life of patients because of their poor appearance and discomfort of pain and itching.However,the pathogenesis of pathological scar is still unclear,so there is a lack of effective animal models and clinical radical treatment.In this paper,the molecular mechanisms and interactions in the immune microenvironment of pathological scars were reviewed in order to provide references for the development of diagnostic markers and therapeutic targets for pathological scars and the optimization of tissue engineering construction.关键词
