摘要
Abstract
In the context of rural revitalization,the rural areas have created a broad employment space for college graduates,alleviated the employment pressure to a certain extent,optimized the allocation of human resources for college graduates,and provided talent guarantee for the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.It has promoted the development of rural modernization.However,under the influence of the society,the government,universities and college graduates themselves,the rural employment of college graduates is not plain sailing,but is facing a realistic dilemma,which needs to be solved by effective measures.Therefore,this paper starts with the analysis of the realistic predicament of college graduates'rural employment,and puts forward targeted realistic strategies in order to promote college graduates'rural employment and really contribute to the revitalization of rural areas.关键词
