乡村振兴背景下乡风文明建设实践与启示

Abstract
In the context of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization,rural civilization undertakes the mission of"casting soul"in rural revitalization and becomes urgent.Typical cases of national excellent"civilized rural style construction"continue to emerge in all parts of the country,and achieved remarkable results.The construction of civilized rural customs mainly focuses on changing customs,giving full play to the leading and exemplary role of grass-roots Party members and cadres and the role of grass-roots Party organizations as a fighting bastion in uniting the masses,constantly excavating excellent traditional farming culture and paying attention to the construction of family style.The practice of the construction of village-level civilization and rural style in the strategic context of rural revitalization shows that the grass-roots Party organization is the guarantee,the change of customs is the important content,the public basic construction is its material carrier,and the participants,builders and enjoyment of the construction of farmers'rural civilization.It is fundamental to stimulate villagers'subjectivity and comprehensively improve the level and ability of rural governance.关键词
