听神经瘤患者围手术期前庭康复训练的循证研究
An Evidence-Based Assessment of Perioperative Vestibular Rehabilitation Training in Patients with Acoustic Neuroma
摘要
Abstract
Objective To collect and summarize the evidence regarding perioperative vestibular rehabilitation training in patients with acoustic neuroma.Methods Following establishing the questions,existing literatures were searched,screened,evaluated for their quality including evidence grades,and summarized to produce practice recom-mendations.Results A total of 8 reports were included,including 2 guidelines,2 systematic reviews,3 randomized con-trolled trials,and 1 quasi-experimental study.Evaluation of the literatures yielded 17 pieces of evidence in 4 categories,including influencing factors,fundamental principles,time and methods of intervention,and outcome assessment.Con-clusion With its scientific and rigorous approach,this summary provides a guidance for perioperative vestibular rehabili-tation of patients with acoustic neuroma.Keys to successful management include early identification of influencing fac-tors,personalized rehabilitation programs and appropriate assessment tools.Additional high-quality studies are needed determine ideal dosage,timing and outcome assessemnt of rehabilitation training.关键词
