特发性突发性聋患者前庭功能评估的研究现状
Research Status of Vestibular Function Assessment in Patients with Sudden Sensorineural Hearing Loss
摘要
Abstract
Idiopathic sudden sensorineural hearing loss is a common ear emergency,the incidence of which is in-creasing year by year worldwide.Of patients with hearing loss,28%-60%also report vestibular symptoms such as verti-go,often with severe hearing impairment and poor prognosis.Vestibular dysfunction is found in 30%-80%of patients with sudden sensorineural hearing loss,and may present with or without vertigo.Despite increasing studies and reports on vestibular function in sudden sensorineural hearing loss,many aspects remain controversial.This paper analyzes and summarizes relevant literatures to hopefully clarify some of these issues and provide a guidance for clinical practice.关键词
