Abstract
Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood and social development.In the face of the economic and social strategic demand pattern in the new era,the analysis framework of"specialty setting-talent training-employment guidance-job selection competition"is found.Due to the factors such as the discipline setting is not embedded in the needs of regional industrial development,the value between schools and enterprises is mutually incompatible,the integration of industry and education is not smooth,and the school's"fast employment"guidance and the graduates'"slow employment"tend to conflict,it is difficult for higher vocational colleges to effectively supply technical talents matching the market needs.In the competition of job selection,the"weak diploma"held by higher vocational graduates is also difficult to cross the implicit threshold of"academic orientation"in the job market.In this regard,it is necessary to comprehensively understand and grasp the connotation and implication of the construction of the"double-high plan",adhere to the"industrial pulse"of regional development,promote the"community of destiny"jointly cast by schools and enterprises,establish the"service-oriented"employment guidance logic,and adhere to the dual track of awareness improvement and skill improvement,so as to remove the practical obstacles restricting the high-quality full employment of vocational graduates.关键词
