The promulgation and implementation of the regulations on water conservation provide a strong legal framework for enhancing water conservation efforts in a lawful and regulated manner.Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Lawand taking water saving priority policy as mainline,the regulations focuses on addressing prominent issues and weak links in water conservation efforts,thereby establishing an institutional system to promote water conservation across society.The regulations exhibits notable characteristics in standardizing water-saving behaviors and promoting water conservation throughout society,laying a solid legal foundation for promoting the efficient and intensive utilization of water resources.It is crucial to effectively implement the regulations to ensure the effectiveness of its provisions.关键词
