慢性前庭性偏头痛临床初识
Understand Chronic Vestibular Migraine
摘要
Abstract
Basic concepts of chronic vestibular migraine(CVM)are described.Based on the knowledge of vestib-ular migraine(VM)and chronic migraine,combined with our experience with their diagnosis and treatment,basic fea-tures,triggering factors,pathogenesis of CVM and identification of related diseases are discussed.We attempt to recom-mend clinical staging and diagnostic criteria,aiming to improve the understanding of CVM,standardize its diagnosis and treatment,minimize misdiagnosis,and further expand the connotation of VM.关键词
