Studies on recharge of deep aquifers in Hebei Province

为改善河北省地下水严重亏空、地下水降落漏斗长期存在的局面,缓解地下水超采引发的一系列生态环境问题,近年来河北省大力推进地下水超采综合治理.深层地下水回补是减缓地面沉降、控制地下水水位降落漏斗、解决海(咸)水入侵问题的重要措施之一.介绍了国内外地下水回补的典型案例和回补方式方法,从机理、技术、经济三方面分析了深层地下水人工回补的主要难点,重点阐述了河北省深层地下水回补试点进展及试验场布设方案,结合河北省实际提出深层地下水回补工作建议,以期为系统开展深层地下水修复、提升地下水战略储备能力、促进地下水可持续利用提供有益参考.

In recent years,Hebei Province has taken comprehensive approaches to control groundwater overexploitation in order to deal with serious problems of water shortage and depression funnels that has existed for a long time and alleviate ecological and environmental degradation.Recharge of deep aquifer acts as an important measure to slow down ground subsidence,control depression funnel,and seawater intrusion.Typical cases and methods of groundwater recharge are introduced,with analysis on main challenges faced by artificial recharge of deep aquifers from three aspects of mechanism,technology,and economy,and focuses on the progress of pilot projects and layout of experimental sites for recharge of deep aquifers in Hebei Province.Based on the actual situation in Hebei,suggestions are made for the recharge of deep aquifers,aiming to provide useful experiences for systematic restoration of deep aquifer,increase capacity of strategic reserve,and sustainable utilization of groundwater resources.
