区域联动发展是职业教育发展的重要驱动力,能够促进不同地区教育资源整合,形成互补互助的教育生态系统,有助于提升区域整体实力.基于区域一体化视角,粤港澳职业教育联动发展主要面临职业教育体制差异、评估与认证机制差异、缺乏共享资源的机制以及师资队伍建设不匹配等障碍.后续可从顶层设计、学分互认与课程对接机制、资源共享与合作机制、跨区域的师资培养与交流机制以及构建政策支持和监督机制五个方面,深入推动粤港澳职业教育联动发展机制建设.

Regional joint development is an important driving force for the development of vocational education,which can promote the integration of educational resources in different regions,form a complementary and mutual assistance education ecosystem,and help to enhance the overall strength of the region.Based on the perspective of regional integration,the joint development of vocational education in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao mainly faces obstacles such as differences in vocational education system,differences in evaluation and certification mechanisms,lack of mechanism for sharing resources,and mismatch in faculty construction.And five countermeasures can be used to further promote the construction of the joint development mechanism of vocational education in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao,including mutual recognition and curriculum docking mechanism,resources sharing and cooperation mechanism,cross-regional teacher training and exchange mechanism,and the construction of policy support and supervision mechanism.
