Coupling and Coordination Effect of Higher Vocational Education and Comprehensive Rural Revitalization:Logical Mechanism and Empirical Test

Abstract
As an important development strategy in the new era,the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas relies on the"prospect"and"good deeds"of higher vocational education.Based on the provincial panel data from 2012 to 2021,a coupling coordination model was constructed to measure the coordination level of higher vocational education and rural revitalization in China,and the spatial Dubin model was used to analyze the influence effect of coupling coordination.The results show that the coupling coordination degree continues to improve,and the actual effect trend is good.The overall spatial agglomeration gradually weakened,and the high-high agglomeration in the east was locally presented.The degree of government support positively promotes the coupling and coordination level in the region,while the urban-rural gap is reversed,and the spillover effect of the degree of marketization effectively drives the improvement of the coupling and coordination degree in the surrounding areas.Therefore,it is necessary to accurately connect and perfect multiple paths such as stimulating the potential of higher vocational education through targeted assistance,diversified collaboration to unleash the market competitiveness of higher vocational education,cooperation and co-construction to promote higher vocational resources sharing,and characteristic training to improve higher vocational service capabilities,so as to achieve a new leap in talent-empowered rural revitalization.关键词
