中医全程管理卵巢癌思路探析
Exploration on Whole Course Management of TCM for Ovarian Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Whole course management of TCM for ovarian cancer runs through prevention before disease onset and preventing transformation.The prevention of ovarian cancer should identify the cause of the disease,pay attention to health preservation,avoid cold,adjust mood and lifestyle.During the acute phase of the disease,attention is given to addressing different adverse reactions associated with the perioperative and chemotherapy period,the goal of emergency treatment is to improve symptoms,reduce toxicity,and increase efficacy.During the maintenance treatment stage,seeking the root cause of the disease and treating it based on syndrome differentiation can improve the quality of life and prolong the survival period of patients.In this paper,we aim to explore the TCM whole-process management approach for ovarian cancer in different stages and includes a case study for illustration.关键词
