"上守神"思想在早发冠心病中的释义及应用思考
Reflections on the Interpretation and Application of the Thought of"Shang Shou Shen"in Premature Coronary Artery Disease
摘要
Abstract
Premature coronary artery disease(PCAD)has an insidious onset,a rapid onset,and a poor prognosis.Combined with the TCM pathogenesis characteristics of patients with PCAD,the disharmony of qi and blood is the basis of the disease,restlessness is the aggravating factor,and the function of prolonging the heart is dereliction of duty.The thought of"Shang Shou Shen"emphasizes the normal maintenance between"keeping the pulse"and"keeping the heart".Therefore,the thought of"Shang Shou Shen"is highly consistent with the TCM pathogenesis of patients with PCAD.Based on the TCM classics and based on the clinic,this article gave a classical interpretation of the thought of"Shang Shou Shen"and theoretically elucidated the pathogenesis of PCAD.It was suggested that PCAD should be treated from the point of view of"keeping the pulse,regulating the loss of qi and blood"and"keeping the heart and tranquilizing the mind".Establishing the prevention and treatment concept of regulating qi and blood at the same time at the beginning of the disease and keeping the heart and the mind calm throughout the disease,forming the empirical Changmai Ningshen Prescription,in order to provide ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of PCAD under the guidance of the thought of"Shang Shou Shen".关键词
