Research Progress in the Mechanism of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Post-stroke Dysphagia
摘要
Abstract
Dysphagia is a common complication after stroke,which can easily lead to aspiration,malnutrition,etc.,increase the risk of death of patients,and seriously harm their physical and mental health and quality of life.Acupuncture treatment can compensatively reshape part of nerve function,with remarkable clinical efficacy.This article sorted out recent studies on the mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia,and reviewed acupuncture in the aspects of repairing brain injury,regulating swallowing reflex,coordinating the movement of swallowing muscles,and regulating the secretion of neurotransmitters related to swallowing,so as to provide reference for the related studies on the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia.关键词
